Now this is really really awesome. Use it as a side dish or incorporate this in your main dish, or even use it as a dip for your favorite pack of lays or doritos.
You will need
- A handful of mint leaves
- A handful of coriander leaves
- Few cloves of garlic
- A medium sized onion
- Green chilies as per your taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Put all these beautiful ingredients in a blender and fine grind it, and you are done.!!
You can even enjoy it with freshly made rice, like I did.
