Veggie Kung Pao Curry

What if dinner is ready in under 30 minutes, after a long day at work, running some errands, some studies..!! This is exactly it.!! And with the classic Asian flavours. Love it..

Quite literally, all I did was, using one burner, boil some frozen vegetables (which I got from Costco), I also added one sliced onion, a red pepper and some edamame. When it was half way through boiling, I added the Kung Pao mix.. and let it boil on a low flame for a little while more allowing the mix to blend well with water and the veggies.. and simultaneously I had rice getting cooked in the rice cooker.!

That’s it… and if you are a vegetarian like me, the food is ready in UNDER 30 minutes.!! I timed it…

Thank you Club House Canada and Influenster Canada for sending this to me to try it out., I absolutely loved it.. ❤️👍

I’m yet to try out the taco seasoning.. 🙈
