Of Jackets and Boots and a Partly-Frozen Niagara Falls in February

Family Day Long weekend – which was also one of the mildest weekends we have had this great winter, So made our way to Niagara Falls and spent a night there… something that I haven’t done it in the last 7 years 2 months in Toronto.!

But however mild it gets you still need the following especially in February –

  1. Jacket
  2. Scarf
  3. Earmuffs
  4. Gloves
  5. Tall Boots
  6. Good pair of Socks
  7. And etc..

And with all that.. Niagara Falls was and is always at its best.. On the Canadian side though, there are a lot of hotels and restaurants, bars and pubs, little museums, casinos and what not.. And I think it’s because of the VIEW.. We have a view to capitalize on and why not.!! And we have done just that..  Fallsview hotel, Fallsview restaurant, Fallsview casino…

The View from the Canadian side is spectacular.. (There could be a million plus articles on Niagara Falls but none of that does justice.. You have got to see it) Both the American Falls and the mighty Horseshoe Falls in one plain sight.! Absolutely Gorgeous.. and with the Christmas decorations still up, it sure seemed like a wonderland.!
