- 2 cups of Zucchini-grated or noodles
- 1 large garlic clove minced
- 1 green chilli chopped
- A pinch of dried dill weed or some fresh dill
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp of olive oil
In a shallow large pan, heat olive oil and add chilli and garlic. After the chilli and garlic have released their aroma, add zucchini and sauté. It doesn’t take much time if you’re working on high flame but make sure the pan is thick enough. The zucchini need not be well-done, about 5-6 minutes will do the magic. Add dill weed, salt and pepper as per taste and pour a splash of lemon juice.
